Wild lettuce has traditionally been used in herbal medicine for its potential pain-relieving (analgesic) and calming (sedative) effects. These effects are primarily attributed to the compounds lactucin and lactucopicrin found in the plant's milky sap, known as lactucarium
Warnings: Can be a heavy sedative, start with minimal dose and increase if needed. Do not mix with other sedatives.
Dosage: Shake well before using. Take 1 -2 dropper (30 drops) three times per day under the tongue or in water as needed.
