Details

Sleep Tight is a sleep tincture will not cause nervous system shutdown, like NyQuil, Benadryl or other sleep aids. This works with your body. It allows you to go into a steady deeper sleep once your rest and fall asleep. Instead of waking up many times a night on average a person might wake up once, if at all.

Ashwagandha helps with sleep by promoting a calm nervous system and reducing stress and anxiety, which are common barriers to restful sleep. It contains compounds that may induce sleep and has been shown in human studies to help people fall asleep faster, sleep longer, and experience better overall sleep quality by improving sleep efficiency and reducing sleep latency.

Lavender helps with sleep because its primary chemical components, linalool and linalyl acetate, act as sedatives and anti-anxiety agents, relaxing the nervous system and promoting calm. It can reduce stress and agitation, improve melatonin levels, and increase slow-wave sleep, which is vital for rest and muscle relaxation. Studies show lavender can improve sleep quality and duration and even reduce feelings of daytime fatigue.

Passionflower is used as a sleep aid because it contains compounds that may increase levels of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a neurotransmitter that has a calming, sedative effect on the nervous system.

Valerian root helps with sleep by affecting GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) levels in the brain, which slows down nerve activity and produces a calming effect. It contains compounds that may increase available GABA, blocking an enzyme that breaks it down, thus promoting sleep onset, quality, and duration. While the exact mechanism isn't fully understood, the combination of its components creates a synergistic effect that contributes to sedation and improved sleep.

Chamomile may help sleep due to its apigenin content, a compound that may have sedative and anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) effects by binding to GABA receptors in the brain.

Warnings: Because of sedative properties, this product should not be combined with other substances that cause drowsiness or are depressants. Liver conditions. Rare cases of liver injury have been linked to valerian use, especially when combined with other herbs. People with liver disease should avoid it. Pregnancy and breastfeeding. The safety of valerian during pregnancy and lactation is unknown. Pregnant or nursing women should avoid it. Children. Valerian is not recommended for children under the age of 3, as the risks have not been evaluated. Surgery. Because valerian and passion flower can interfere with anesthesia, you should stop taking it at least two weeks before any scheduled surgery. Driving or operating machinery. Due to its sedative effects, you should not drive or operate heavy machinery after taking valerian until you know how it affects you.  Blood thinners: As passionflower can affect blood clotting, combining it with blood thinners like aspirin or warfarin can increase the risk of bleeding.

Dosage: 20-30 drops in water at bedtime. For best results, 30 mins before bedtime, turn your screens off. Read a book, sit outside, pray, meditate however you relax. This is important because your screen, especially phones interfere with the natural process our body goes through to be able to fall asleep and stay asleep. Approx 60 servings.
