Rooted in Rising Tincture

This blend is made to offer complementary benefits that address a wide range of hormonal and

physical symptoms. They work through different mechanisms to support the body's natural

hormone balance, rather than supplying hormones directly.

This is one of two blends we make for perimenopause. If this blend is not working, we suggest

trying Happy Harmony Hormone, made with different herbs. Finding which herbs work best in

your body is the key to success.

Dosage:

1-2 dropperfuls (approx 30-60 drops) in a small amount of water 1-3 times a day until

symptoms are under control. Give your body a rest from medication every 4-6 weeks.

Ingredients:

Organic Wild Yam

Organic White Peony Flower

Organic Chaste berry

Grain Alcohol

Warnings:

Caution if you have a hormone-sensitive condition (such as cancers),

pregnancy/breastfeeding, bleeding disorders, and interactions with various medications,

including hormone therapies and certain mental health drugs. Speak with your health

care provider before taking this medication.

Why These Herbs:

Wild Yam (Dioscorea villosa): Traditionally used as an antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory

agent, wild yam is often cited for its ability to ease muscle cramps and smooth muscle tension,

including menstrual and pelvic pain. It contains diosgenin, a compound that can be used in a

laboratory to create hormones like progesterone, and while the human body doesn't do thisconversion internally, the compound is believed to interact with hormone receptors and support

the glandular system, potentially offering relief from symptoms like hot flashes and vaginal

dryness.

Chaste Berries (Vitex agnus-castus): This herb primarily works on the pituitary gland, which

helps regulate the balance between estrogen and progesterone by influencing levels of other

hormones like prolactin and luteinizing hormone (LH). By normalizing this balance, chaste

berries may help alleviate common perimenopausal issues such as irregular periods, mood

swings, anxiety, breast tenderness, and night sweats.

White Peony (Paeonia lactiflora): A staple in traditional Chinese medicine, white peony is valued

for its ability to "nourish the blood,

" relax smooth muscles, and calm the nervous system. It

contains paeoniflorin and phytoestrogens that can help regulate estrogen levels, improve blood

flow, and reduce stress and anxiety often associated with perimenopause.

The combination is effective because the herbs address different aspects of

perimenopause:

Chaste berries target the pituitary gland to influence overall hormone signaling.

Wild yam provides antispasmodic relief and a source of compounds that can

interact with hormone receptors in target tissues.

White peony complements these by offering calming effects on the nervous

system, reducing muscle tension and improving circulation, thus addressing both

the physical and emotional symptoms of the transition
